1. What we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you:
Submit our contact form
- Your name, email address, phone number, vehicle (make/model), and the message you send us.
Create a customer portal account
- Email address and password (the password is stored as a salted hash by our auth provider; we never see the plaintext password).
- Optional profile fields: full name, phone number.
Save vehicles or book appointments in the portal
- Vehicle make, model, year, VIN, license plate.
- Appointment service type, date, time, and any notes you add.
Server logs (automatic)
- Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, page URL, timestamp). We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your message and schedule service.
- To provide the customer portal experience (showing your vehicles and appointments).
- To maintain a record of customer communications in our CRM (HubSpot) so any team member can pick up where the last left off.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers we use to run the site:
- Supabase— hosts our database and handles authentication. Stores everything described in “What we collect” above.
- HubSpot — receives a copy of contact-form submissions (name, email, phone, vehicle, message) so our team can follow up.
- Vercel — hosts the website and serves your requests.
We do not share your information with any other third party except (a) when required by law, (b) to protect our rights or someone's safety, or (c) as part of a business transfer where the buyer agrees to honor this policy.
4. Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in to the customer portal. These are set by our authentication provider and expire when your session ends or you sign out. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers on this site.
5. Your rights
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (effective July 1, 2024). Residents of other U.S. states with similar laws have analogous rights. You can:
- Ask what personal information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it (subject to limits — e.g., we may keep records required for tax or warranty purposes).
- Get a copy of it in a portable format.
- Opt out of any sale or targeted-advertising use of your data — although as noted above, we do neither.

6. Children's privacy

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, row-level security on database tables, and access controls on our internal tools. No system is perfect; if we ever discover a breach affecting your information we'll notify you in line with applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is material we'll also post a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days.
